min: an alternative win98 shell - v0.3.1

min is a tiny, minimalist, retro-flavored shell replacement for Windows 98's Explorer.exe. Meant to stay out of the way and give you more options than originally offered.  I made this for my own use, but you may find it useful, too. Timed power options, coding tools like RNG stream, string sequencer & trimmer, TCP & serial connectors, sticky notes, and more to come. Feel free to let me know about any bugs you may find! Check out the included README.txt before use, for more details and installation instructions (simple!).

- vbscript execution: widened the window, enabled horizontal scrolling, added autosave, wrap toggle (double click the textbox to turn wrap on/off), and clear button
