min: an alternative win98 shell - v0.4.0

min is a tiny, minimalist, retro-flavored shell replacement for Windows 98's Explorer.exe. Meant to stay out of the way and give you more options than originally offered.  I made this for my own use, but you may find it useful, too. Timed power options, coding tools like RNG stream, string sequencer & trimmer, TCP & serial connectors, sticky notes, and more to come. Feel free to let me know about any bugs you may find! Check out the included README.txt before use, for more details and installation instructions (simple!).

- added the media menu, with various options for playing audio sources: files, cd (with in-menu controls), and stream urls
- added a mini web browser control, with a tiny http server and html editor coming soon
- finally added a udp transceiver
- made the vbscript window a bit bigger, removed its clear button (right-click on the textbox for more options instead), added autosave toggle and an option to load a file. now exports to script.vbs by default, instead of .txt
- more keyboard shortcuts implemented for fast access to the important stuff
- added compact mode, which takes up a quarter of the screen instead of the entire width
- added standby as a power option, along with restart and shut down
- added a keycode/keyascii decoder for reference
- added an ms-dos batch file (.bat) executor
